I'm ordering (25) Norma .500/416 brass to re-form. They were only $60, opposed to $100/20. I have a .416 Rigby too, that brass is not cheap either!
I read that Jack O'Connor used to lathe turn the belts off of .378/.460 Weatherby brass to make his favored .416 Rigby hulls, John Wooters' did too.
