Forming 257 Raptor from 222 Rem Mag

I have other gun chambered in the 222 Remington Magnum. I'm about to order some brass for it but was wondering if I could form 257 Raptor brass from it. Figured I would buy it in bulk. Are there any downsides from using this case opposed to the 204 Ruger case? I appreciate everyone's help.
