I have completed one of my goals in collecting shooter Marlin model 1894's. I just bought an 1894CL in 25-20. I now have them all.

I Bought it from a man who used to gunsmith in Minnesota. He moved to Arkansas. John told me he was taking a few guns to the Tulsa gun show and I told him he did not have to pack it up there if'n he sold it to me. He said he could get 11 hundred for it. The dicker'n began. He walked away with no gun and 9 hundred in his wallet. We were both tickled.

My favorite cartridge of all times and one of the best and most American rifles.

Congratulations seems like an understatement...

Thanks fello misfits. I am happy with it.

for a while. I should have kept the 22 Magnum. I've seen one 32-20 for sale but didn't buy it.

I had a 32-20 for many years

used it in Cowboy Action .. I had slicked it up and it ran nicely.

It is easier to state which marlins I don't have.
