without the billboard stuff. I paid like 325 or 350 for it a few years back. At the time some actually sold on GB for 800-1000. Now I haven't seen any for sale for a long time. Any idea on price - don't shoot it as much as I thought I would. It is in very nice shape, parkerized(?) with the plastic thumb rest hi power grips. Thanks.

not sure why the prices were in the $800 range

A brand new one was listed last year at $575. Nate found 3 of them used on the internet around $350 or so.

Thanks. I think the high prices were around the time

of the Argentine FM, which was a sorta copy of the original FN Hi Power. I say sorta because not all FN Hi Power parts will interchange with the FM. I could be off a bit on this as it has been a while since I saw one.

Are tehy alloy framed? I saw an FN alloy HP

where they were asking a nose bleed price. I have seen some HP clones, not FN, that were alloy if I remember.
