You can back off a little in the .416 and it makes a big

difference in recoil. A 400 gr. at 2200 fps is lots more manageable than the same at 2400+. I have a 325 gr. and a 375 gr. cast GC mould for my .416 and it is a hoot to plink with using Trail Boss or even IMR-5010.

I bought the Taurus TX22 to shoot with a suppressor and I cannot think of a better platform for the money. Total reliability and I can wear out the gong at 50 yds. The new trigger is great if not a little funny feeling and sort of floppy side to side, but works great. Much better than any Glock. It is not pivoting on a pin like a normal trigger.
