loading a magazine a couple rounds shy of capacity? Supposed to be better for reliability.

Second, is there a good quality fixed stock for the ar-15 to replace the ubiquitous adjustable stock.

capacity. On stocks, I don't know what you are using but I have never had any problems with any of the normal full stock or the M-4 stock. There are some Chinese versions of each on the market that are cheap in $$ and cheap in quality. I would stay away from them.

"take off" tables. A lot of guys take off the full solid stock and replace it with the M-4 stock. There is no demand for them so they sell for little or nothing.

I load to full capacity and have no reliability issues. The guns are designed to run reliably at full capacity. Are you/they saying the manufactures are producing arms that are not reliable as advertised?
