Do sympathize with your family. Have a friend at home with a 2 Year Old Grandson with the exact same situation.

Not my place to explain God's Will in any shape, form or fashion. Nor, can I understand everyone's pain.

But, have learned in my rather uneventful life to trust God more than myself.

As Jesus explained, we're not promised a life free of tests. When things can't be fathomed by my limited knowledge, I know my trust in God will do the rest.

things are possiable. I will pray for your grandson and family.

and it is an easy place to get into pointless arguments. I do not wish to argue any point. I am just sharing what I have learned over many years.

In short I do not believe that sickness, disease, heartaches, suffering and all the negatives are God's will. But religion will tell you it is.

Papa God is good. There is nothing un-good in Him. He does not use sickness, disease, pain and suffering to teach us lessons. Life brings us many negative things. What the Lord will do is join us in the darkness and work to bring good out of it. He is able to bring good out of a bad situation even though He does not cause the bad or orchestrate it.

When going through those dark times it does not help to tell people to have faith or believe. They need friends who will cry with them ... stand with them ... comfort them ... help them with finances and material things ... and pray for them. And friends who will believe God to work and bring good things out of it all.

At least that's my take. I am not judging anyone who may believe differently.

My brother died from leukemia at the age of 4 in 1960. I was 8, i still haven't turned the corner. They have come so far now, and with God's grace, and all the prayers I hope for a miraculous recovery and rejoicing for the entire family.
