1) USE A CANNELURING TOOL , OR 2) DO NOT EXPAND THE CASE MOUTHS. INSTEAD USE A LEE UNIVERSAL EXPANDER TO JUST KISS THE MOUTH ENOUGH TO ALLOW THE BULLET TO ENTER AND THEN CRIMP WITH A LEE FACTORY CRIMP DIE.
