Give up the long guns???

Have any of you given up hunting with the rifle? I have 3, .270, .30-06 and a .45-70. Thinking of selling the .270. I have the handgun bases covered for what I would hunt, .357, .44 and .454 along with my .45ACP for concealed carry. Over the last few years I have gotten seriously into fly fishing and have not hunted much, if any. If I were to go deer hunting I would grab a revolver anyway. I really don't care if I shoot anything anyway, I just enjoy being out in the woods and would most likely give the meat away to someone who really wants/needs it. The .454 has scope rings but no scope yet, so in my way of thinking I basically have a short range, close quarter rifle in using that. Should I ever rifle hunt again I figure the .30-06 and .45-70 would be enough gun. My dream trip is to go fly fishing in bear country where my head has to be on a swivel looking out for bears, in that case a .44 or .454 wold be in a chest holster. Do any of you still hunt using a rifle?
