Interesting info on 357 max

I think I have seen it before doing some research on the topic. He has a really good gun and a custom chamber obviously. He is not alone in reporting fantastic groups from a .357 Max. rifle.

It's not really a surprise. Some of the most accurate guns of old were the straight walled Stutzen cartridges fring lead bullets!

When I go down the rabbit hole on a project I set up some very basic and hopefully obtainable goals. On the 350 AR thing I wanted a sort of hunting rifle that I could play with swapping all sorts of parts. But keep it simple, clean. Get .35 Remington performance from and shoot some of my pistol bullet through after giving them some special prep for consideration. It looks pretty promising so far.

I also have a TC old school 8-3/4" octagon barrel that has been rechambered to .357 Maximum with an improved throat.
