impressed with it the ATI FXH-45 from American Tactical. This is a really nice 45 ACP and the gun is made here in the states. It has everything, all the necessary bells and whistles plus even more. The gun fits the hand with no sharp edges. the trigger pull on the one I played with is an even 4 lbs and smooth. The gun has an ambi safety and a nice beavertail and finger groove gripframe. It is finished in a nice no shine blue and the slide had lightning holes in it to ease the weight of an all metal gun. The DA pull is smooth and not heavy at all, probably half of what most new guns are. It has a set of really nice sights with a red fiber optic up front. It is also drilled on the top of the frame for a red dot sight. Any scratches you might see are from me playing with it for a while. The price, which is normal for ATI products was easy on the wallet too at less than $550. If you are wanting a 45 that is not like all the others and is an extremely well built pistol, made here in the states, check out the new ATI FNX-45. It's a good one.

left his fingerprints all over it, I can't sell it as new. So if any of you are interested in this 45, I will sell it for $495. Just call me if you are interested. And he is right, it is a really nice and smooth shooting 45.

I was just curious, since it is a single-action 1911 pattern, how the DA works.

you got me. Trying to do too many things today

The gun is like he said, a single action 1911 clone even though it is nothing like a 1911 in looks. The trigger pull is smooth and about 4 lbs like I said and even though I have tried that trigger pull a couple dozen times and found it super smooth (Nate said closer to 3 1/2 lb pull), I was still thinking SA but typed DA. Sorry for the screw up.
