I played a lot of their stuff back in the mid to late 70s.

music changed in the 80s and we didn't do as much with them. A lot of stations switched to the Billboard and Cashbox Hot 100 in the 80s and we pretty much stayed with them as that was where the money was. There were songs that were on the hot 100 that we refused to play, such as bubble gum stuff, crossover country and early disco but stayed with good kick ass rock like Grand Funk, the Stones,Deep Purple,Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Foreigner, Black Sabbath, Aerosmith, AC/DC, REO Speedwagon, Van Halen, and a lot of others that I can't think of right now. We added a few "extras" into our play list and still played some Rush but not as much as in the 70s.
