the Beretta 21 and 21A and the Ruger LCP 2 have

something in common. They were each aimed toward the lady buyer. The Berettas have the flip up barrel so the slide never have to be pulled back, which made it easy for the lady shooter. Just push the side lever and the rear of the barrel popped up. Insert a round of either 22 LR or 25 ACP, whichever one you have , insert the magazine and you are ready to rock. The new Ruger LCP 2 has what they call the Lite Rack, with is a very easy slide to pull back. It can literally be done with your little finger, again aimed at the lady shooters. Both are good guns. The Beretta has pretty much been overcome by the Taurus Pt-22 and Pt-25 which is exactly the same gun with a better lifetime warranty and priced somewhat less. I imagine the Ruger LCP 2 will easily outsell the Beretta or Taurus as it has everything going for it.
