up most of the cylinder window it should be fine for rechambering to the 327. It would also be fine for the 321 GNR. The 321 is based on the 357 Magnum brass and will beat the 327 Federal by about 800 fps. Loading it is a simple run thru the sizer die. In the lighter bullet loadings it will beat the 357 Magnum. It will put out a 90 grain bullet at almost 2300 fps, a 110 grain bullet at almost 2200 fps and a 125 grain bullet at 2100 fps. It is the most powerful of the 32 caliber revolver rounds. The model 17 cylinder should be fine also but it would be all according to whether it would fit your frame.
