Can one of the .327 ruger bisley single sixes be converted to a fix shot in .321 GNR?

where it broke thru the loading gate wall. I don't recommend it in the Single Six but it usually can be done. The 321 GNR works much better in the Blackhawk frame.

Could a 32-20 cylinder be made to fit my Ruger 327?
