a Get Home Bag I keep in my truck. It has most everything I need if I have to stay in the truck for awhile or else make it home on foot.
Today I received a package from my sister. She said to add it to the GHB.

need when the schnitzels hit the fan. but I really don't understand the rationale. If a disaster happens I am not going anywhere. I hope to just hunker down and let the bad guys come to us. Going out into no man's land is just looking for trouble. All our vehicles except for Colleens big Nissan van are 4X4 so getting home might be a hassle but we should be able to make it.
Now the emergency underwear might come in handy too.
I agree ... I ain't planning on going anywhere else.

that Antifa is planning to go on a killing spree if Bernie doesn't win. November might be an interesting month. For those that do not have an AR-15, with the prices at rock bottom right now, my recommendation is buy one. Your family's well being could hinge on that. If Trump wins the left are going bonkers. If Trump loses, we will know the election was rigged and there may be some "watering the tree of liberty", (not exactly the exact wording but you get my drift).
Good point. Additional ammo might be good too

I had loaded up with what I figured I would need if I was going to leave my home do to civil unrest, antifa thugs shooting things up or zombies! At 76 I decided to try and lift all that stuff and carry it to my car...... NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!! I now just have guns staged at strategic points around my house and as I sit in my cave, I reload..... If they want to drive around my area and shoot, I will just shoot back. I am just to old to mess around with all this bug out business or thugs. Just kill them all.
Agree.

Back side of property butts up against the Ouachita National Forest if I did have to. I know of three places to make temp shelters. Other than some landscaping (wink, wink)I just keep provisions and ammo.
