it's a bit rough on me to pay premium prices. But they are such fine rigs I can when I find one I like, all milled etc. Wanted to try one of those Yugos that you can turn off the gas system so I won't lose my brass. Wood and milled steel will always be good.

I remember a guy I worked with in the 70's had one. I'd never seen one in the flesh. He personally brought it back from VietNam. He had a beautiful war trophy AK but they would not let him bring it back, so they gave him the SKS. They were bringing about $1500 in the mid-late 1970's. Back when a new Trans-Am cost about $10,000. The only way you could get one was a bring-back.
