Funny story but not realy

So I was sitting in may office at my house late on Tuesday and the phone call came in with a man in a panic he was very upset and told me he had a bad water leak and his house was flooded. I told him I would be right over as he didnt livevthat far come me and asked did he get the water turned off he said yes. Quick note I own a plumbing company. So sa I was leaving I asked him if he knew what had happened. He replied yes I shot my plumbing. So i asked him was he hurt and how did it happen . He was ok and he was cleaning his 9mm and it when off. As I was fixing the leak he was talking to me and asked if it would take very long and did I take credit cards. When i was done i gave him the bill and he paid cash and said to keep the change as his wife was on the way home and he didnt want me to have to loe for him when she asked what happened.
When I was looking for the leak I traced where the shot had come from and where it went. He was sitting on the side of his bed with the gun the shot had gone through a trunk at the end of bed a dresser and one layer of drywall and just clipped a water line in the wall behind the toilet befor entering the bathroom and coming to rest on the floor after hitting the bathtub.as I drove home I could not help to think of how bad that could have been if someone else was home.
