My go to coffee drink for most days
Soon I'm taking off to enjoy this great and glorious Saturday. Nice mild temperatures for a New England February.
For those of us that are coffee drinkers I have the go to coffee drink to keep my going
For me, I like to do my own version of the Keto Bullet Proof Coffee.
I make a pot of Eithiopian Yrrgecheffe and add a packet of stevia in the French Press. Let it sit for five or more minutes before the extraction process.
In a stainless steel insulated travel mug I add the following:
1 tablespoon of Saigon cinnamon.
1 tablespoon of a mixture of four adaptagenic mushroom powders. Chaga. Lions Mane.Reishi and Cordiceps.
1 heaping tablespoon of cacao powder.
1 dash of cayenne pepper
1 touch of Himalayan pink salt
1 tablespoon of MCT oil
1 tablespoon of ghee or clarified butter.
I then take a stick blender and froth it all up.
Delicious.

many moons ago when I was still in radio coffee was
a requirement, especially after I got handed the morning show. For the last 17 years I was in radio I had the morning show from 5:00 to 9:30 AM,

When I got to the station about 4:30 the midnight to 5 DJ knew that silver 30 cup urn better be full of fresh coffee.And when I got off the air at 9:30, there was very little left in that urn.And it wasn't unusual for one of the female listeners to drop off a box of donuts 2 or 3 times a week for the DJs.
22 years of drinking super strong coffee and a handful of donuts every morning left it's mark on me. These days I drink decaf (doctor's orders) and I even put a packet of Splenda in it. But I never ever had a latte or any of that prissy stuff John W. calls coffee.
