Did BP take this picture in an Arizona college town? I live in Tucson; it's U of A girls in Daisy Dukes and flip-flops all winter.

I haven't seen any daisys for a long time.

Except that company that makes them for "men", in pretty colors and as short as the ones the girls are wearing in the pic above. Up here in Flag there would only be a couple of months in the summer when daisys could be worn. Dillon is down in Scottsdale so I am sure there is an ample amount of young ladies down there that would like to be on the cover of the Blue Press.

Dillon just walked outside in Scottsdale to take that photo

In Tucson we have a lot of Cali girls who couldn't get into a CA state school. In Flag the demographic is different, you see a lot more FJ Cruisers with Hello-Kitty-holding-an-AR stickers. Every time I go up I am like, "Why don't I live here instead," especially in between May and September.

things are really changing here in Flag. Downtown

is all liberal whereas out in the county and on the outskirts of town the conservatives are "in charge". Unfortunately NAU is now in the top 3 liberal universities in the nation. Plus a large amount of california liberals are moving here and getting into our politics. They tried to make Flagstaff a sanctuary city for illegal aliens but thank the Lord that failed. The times they are a'changing.

Cheer up, GNR

Many of the young Californian invaders get infected with the AZ virus. There's nothing like living in a (comparatively) free state to make you realize an intrusive nanny state is bad. It's amusing to watch the conversions firsthand.

I think the AR Hello Kitty FJ Cruiser gals with Bernie stickers are going to be just fine in the long run. They are definitely going to outlast Bernie.

In Flag, they will have to wear more sensible legwear most of the year. Pity.

The rest of it never went out of style!!
