honchos in viral infections especially corona virus.. There is a ton of info around the internet on what to look for. this fellow said it is simple. First check your temp. If you have a fever, then keep an eye on it. Once you get the virus in most cases you have 5 or 6 days before you get really sick. But during those 6 days your lungs are filling up with fluid from the virus. He said every morning take a deep breath, as much as your lungs will hold. hold that breath for 20 seconds. if you can hold it for that long without coughing, you are OK. If you start to cough your lungs are beginning to fill with fluid. That is what is killing people. That means you need to get to a hospital pronto.
