Plus that is a serious restriction of freedoms "for the greater good". I think it requires a formal order for martial law. I'm not sure some of these Mayors and such have the authority to swing around that they are claiming.
But I understand the concern and objective. I do my part personally.
Many PD have announced they are only responding to serious calls. What is that acronym, where he works?
