statewide ban on all fishing, and harvesting of shellfish, for a minimum of 2 weeks. How can this be enforced? I fish in South Puget Sound, have never seen fish and game boat checking people? Have a boat moored at Des Moines marina, have not decided yet if i will change my fishing routine?
Why fishing?

One would think its pretty easy to maintain your "social distance" when fishing, especially if you are in a boat.
You might be having a good time. It's against socialism.

Multiple people in a boat is the excuse.

No huge problem here although they closed the marinas here. I go out alone in a center cockpit 28 footer and try to drive as far as I can towards the Bahamas and then come back to Port in 4 hours. I usually get company from the Coast Guard on the way in, they can't understand why I have no fish, and no rod and I just want to clear my head, drive fast, and get wet from spray. So I usually ask one question and they understand, are you married?
This POC wants to impart as much pain and sorrow as he can

in a short amount of time. He also shut down construction as an afterthought and a bit ago hinted that he's dragging this out for more than 2 weeks. He and the AG think they can blame the pain on Trump. If anybody ever needed to be roped and drug across the sage and scabrock it's these two wastes of skin.
Conn. Governor opened up fishing

As a rule there is a traditional opening day for trout season in April. The governor eliminated it this year so that people do not crowd popular spots.
So far none of our seasons are closed. I was out today shooting at the range and tomorrow I plan to do some trout fishing.
Ark. Lifted the need to have fishing license!

But I’m certain I still need a Trout stamp as that part is Federal. The Gov. has no say-so over that.
Trout stamp? Not here.

With Waterfowl stamps, trout stamp goes toward AR fisheries.
They didn’t catch anything. My daughter is on the right. She has always liked the pond.

I'm a poor hillbilly. I have a dozen bikes that collectively, my entire collection, cost less than HALF what a new Harley dresser lists for. I have Ducati, Triumph, BMW, several all four Jap brands too.
You have some nice bikes I know, and I'm jeaous. I'm sourcing the dream bikes of my youth, I can afford them now. With vintage events I am getting to participate in the things I poured over and dreamed about as a kid. It is a true blessing. Ditto the hunting scene, getting to meet and interact with my heros!
The modern Trials machines are beyond comprehension in potential. Basically a 150 lb. mountain bike with flawless brakes and instant 30 hp! My antique Suzuki is 200 lbs. and a gentile ring-ding smoky 20 hp. But also $1500 rather than $9,000! It makes a fantastic rig to scout hunting areas where permitted. Minimal footprint.

To promote fishing. Usually I thought it was the first week in June.
Looks like a free week early season.
