Anyone really actually casting .22 cal. Air gun pellets? I see mounds, figure you use almost pure lead. I just belly up and buy, but for $10 you only get 250 good pellets. That’s almost as much as rim fire. But that’s a bunch of shooting. If they are available.
I’m really enjoying my Crossman Redtail Nitro piston. Gas piston like a shock on a car, no springs. Different recoil and no sacking. 850 fps+ with 16 gr. and 1.5” groups at 50 yds. Hits to 75 yds. pretty easy. Was less than $100 with scope. Even has built in sound suppressor.
