couple of new guns

In case you haven't seen any of these yet, here are a couple that should do very well. First the new Taurus TH9. This is a really nice pistol and different from all the other guns these days in that this one has a hammer. It is about the size of the Glock 17, and chambered in 9mm. And like all the other Taurus pistols it is priced right, under $300. $300 with a lifetime warranty and functions first time, every time. Just like the G2C you can't beat it.

Another new one from Rock Island Arms. For years we have had semi auto shotguns that are AR-15 copies, sorta. Well, this one is too but even better. It is the new Rock Island
VR-60. It looks and feels like an AR-15 with all the features of an AR in the same place, mag release, bolt release, etc. It is a 3" Magnum shotgun and comes with two 5 round magazines and comes with choke tubes in the 3 main chokes. It has a 20 inch barrel. It has sights on a Piccatinny rail that you can take off and put a red dot on or scope. It has a soft rubber butt pad and an extra one for a shorter length of pull. It has 2 pistons, one for light loads and the other for 3" Magnums. We got several of these in and one is destined to take up a spot in my safe. I don't buy guns that are so-so or junk, but this one impresses me. The price? Most of the AR type shotguns are around a grand. This one is under $500. Like the Taurus above, you can't beat it. And like all Rock Island guns you can't beat them.
