including splitting the breastbone and pulling out lungs, heart, etc.

Little bitty thing .. blade shorter than a 30-30 cartridge. Sharper than a razor.
My daughter had forgotten the pack with the knives in it and this was all I had. I was amazed at how well it worked opening up that big deer and cutting through the breastbone.
