a couple of new and unusual guns for you

First Nate and I have been working on this one for several months. This is one of our Ultimate 10 pistols. We wanted to make it as "ultimate" and unusual as possible. The entire gun is built on our own custom parts. The slide is lightened and is full custom, 8 1/2" in length, then it has a custom comp on it that makes the whole slide 11" long (not exactly something to hide down the front of your pants). The gun has a custom beavertail, custom commander style hammer, extended safety, extended slide release, custom trigger, custom full length guide rod in a customized guide rod chamber. It has full adjustable sights with a green fiber optic blade up front. It has a set of European burl walnut grips made and fit to it. It has a full action job with a fully ramped and polished barrel. And it is very accurate and dependable. Any glare you see is my reflection in the Black Chromex.

Next is another unusual one. It is a Colt 1902 in 38 Auto. The old gentleman dropped it off and said to do an action job on it and left. So I have no idea if this is original or a refurbish. We did a refurbish on one of these a year or two ago but it had a lot of deep pits in the front of the slide and some were too deep to get out totally. If you looked real good you could see a couple of the tiny pits still left on the nose of the slide. This one does not have the tiny pits so I don't think this is one of ours. It is perfect in every way. The logo and other stampings are perfect, no wear at all. It does need an action job as it has about a 25 lb trigger pull on it. We don't see something like this every day (or every decade for that matter) so I thought you might want to take a look at it.

I looked at that long 10 and suddenly had an idea, how about a longer magazine, and a detachable stock/wooden holster to match the wooden handle/stock. That would really be neat and balanced. you have to realize I fell in love with broom handled Maulers years ago!

Impressive!

keep your mouth shut. The rest of us that happen to like it don't need your negative comments.

That's OK Charlie. Tom obviously doesn't have

the common sense to know you don't insult a person or their products when you could just as easily have kept your comments to yourself. Normally when someone bad mouths something that just means he can't afford it. Tom has made stupid comments on here in the past. Nobody pays any attention to him any way. But thanks for the comments Charlie.

I think it's a beauty, and if I wasn,'t

Saving for a Bison I'd snatch it up. Of course I have fairly good vision and an appreciation for the art of gunsmithing and nice guns. Plus I have better manners than to criticize a good and generous man on his own forum too.

thanks Grover. We built the gun to see how far we could go

on special features. Plus it isn't for sale. It is to go in our showcase as a display piece. And thanks for the good manners.

Love the 10mm. What is the barrell length?
