I just got off the phone with the RCBS tech staff, concerning one of their hand primer tools. After more miles that a pair of WB's undies, the plastic shell holder/primer tray guide gave way and crumbled into pieces, I have had this item at least 20 years. So I called the service center to order a replacement part. Much to my surprise I was told that I could not buy one because it was under warranty and it would be sent to me ASAP. Now Folks that is sterling service, and I am glad I use their products.
