to me in probably the best "long range" sight set up there is. And by long range I mean out to 75 or 80 yards. No hassle trying to make sure the front blade is centered in the rear notch. Just drop the gold bead down in the V and you got it. The fiber optic blades are, to me at least, for those dark cloudy days in heavy cover. Even with limited light they still glow. But being a bigger bead they are not as precise as the gold bead.
