Gary/Sean,
I am looking at the 366 GNR.
What range velocities would I expect in a 14" contender barrel; with 250 and 286 grainers?

Thanks
Alan

I am just tossing around the idea of a new mid-caliber.

366GNR is a great big game cartridge. Eric Stenberg tuck

A monster Cape Eland. Went all time #1 with a handgun in 2018

Plus a great blue Wildebeest

And a top 20 Red Hartebeest #13 I think

I tuck a descent Blue Wildebeest in 2017

Two top 20’s, a Red Hartebeest and a Cape Springboks[image][image]

And the #3 Southern Impala [image]
All taken with the 366GNR. I own 4 of them a pistol and a carbine
In both Encore and G2

What is your favorite load Blake?

Runs 2310 fps in my 14” G2 and around 2475 fps from 18” carbine. The pistol has a brake, the carbine doesn’t. I have gotten a little higher velocity with Benchmark but found 3031 to be the most accurate and plenty fast. My Encore pistol is 12” including the brake and runs 2225 FPS.

Thanks very much Blake!
