22lr has been carried many miles and served me and other hunters in the field. Also have a Colt Cobra in 38spec that holds six rounds and you hardly know its on your belt...

Man that is sweet. I have a 4”. Don’t laugh

But some of the revolvers I’ve been eyeballing...

New Taurus 2” 8-shot .22 WMR

Taurus 904 .40 S&W 2” (why not?)

Classic Bulldog .44 (never had one)

Ruger SP101 .357 (always liked the heft)

I’ve spent $1M looking and have had a ball!

2" S&W model 10

I can’t go totally slick back concealed hammer

WB
[subject]
Friday, May 15, 2020, 22:43 (2287 days ago) @ ChrisG

You know a hammer is always part of the design. Totally enclosed always has a stiff DA only trigger. I could go the unique looking M38/638 shrouded hammer, a fantastic compromise.

I slicked up mine with some stone work. It turned out well.

I’m so pissed at how expensive they are

WB
[subject]
Friday, May 15, 2020, 22:40 (2287 days ago) @ AJ

Some $200 more than an identical S&W in .357 that I might just buy one. I’ll show them!

Taurus just released a 8-shot 2” in both LR and WMR at half the price. I’m looking at them hard. The WMR is not all that much more in a 2” but the CCI snake shot is phenomenal.

For me I'd like a .22 J frae snub. Old model 34

ChrisG
[subject]
Friday, May 15, 2020, 20:47 (2287 days ago) @ WB

or a newer 317 (2 inch) but pre-lock. I just sold a 4 inch 34 and don't miss it, but a snub version would be handy. Don't you have a 4 inch 63? A snub 63 would be cool too.

Yes I have a lovely M63 4”, and a custom 60 2”

That GNR worked over, plus a 2” Pre-M10. Almost forgot my Colt Pocket .32 NP w/2.5”. Looking for holes in my collection.

I also like the looks of these snubby GP100's.
