Did it several times when we raised goats. Had one nanny that gave birth to 4! The smallest one wasn't breathing. My wife took it and cleaned out its nose and mouth and then swung it by the back legs. It started squalling and we took it home and bottle-raised it. Called her Teeny. She became one of the family.
