I found a full box of the early Winchester 357 Mag ammo with the 158 grain LSWC bullet. The velocity is listed as 1512fps from a 8 3/4" barrel. When the range opens I`ll chrono a round from my 5" S&W....[image]

all cause they use a small primer... My mistake... I was going on the Winchester advertisement that I found in a 1936 US Revolver Association monthly that shows the same box I have...

SUPER SPEED- 357 MAGNUM...... What I found interesting is the words "For SMITH and WESSON .357 MAGNUM REVOLVERS" on the box below the the cartridge on the box....
