if a company shuts down for a month, you can figure they are now 5 to 6 months behind. And some of these companies have been shut down since mid February. It's gonna be a long hot summer.

among other countries and shipments are very slow to none coming into the states. So stocking up on an extra pound or two of your favorite powders won't hurt.

shortage when a pound of Varget went for $80 or more. I saw 4 pound kegs priced at gun shows at almost $400, and primers were going for $10 for a 100 pack.
Some of the long range shooters are already calling asking for some of the special long range powders and most are ones that we haven't had in months. I have checked my supply at home as I reload every night for our test firing every day.
So don't get caught without. If you shoot a lot, check with your local dealer and see if he is stocked up.
It amazes me every time this stuff pops up. Experienced...

Gun people get caught off guard. The years average age poll shows we aren't young men. All of us have seen the shortages, time and time again.
