put 50 rounds through it today. I guess I'll go with my Reeder Ultimate Hi Power, it has sat for two months. No real safe queens. If something sits for 6 months or a year, it usually gets sold for something I'll shoot.
I have a few I have not had the opportunity

to shoot yet. I have two I shot once but may not shoot again becaus the stocks are magnificent. The first is a Marlin 1894 CB LTD, .357 mag 24" octagon barrel. The other is a Ruger 44 carbine International. Mannlicher stocked. It's beautiful and rare.

Strange, I just got a Marlin CB LTD in 44 mag. Mine has 20" oct. barrel and is also the best looking Marlin I have or had. My traveled from La. to Idaho last week. My safe queens, an "African Hunter" in 500 linebaugh and "Cat Hunter" prototype in 356 gnr, were transfered to another forum reader,(m.n.) thanks to Gary and this forum.
A few of my other "queens" were common when I put them in, but improved over the last 60+ yrs.
I am new to this so tell me if I talk too much!
welcome to the forum Ted. Enjoy it
