Reeder Custom Guns - Have to renege on pictures of the #1 275 Rigby...

Went to LGS to check it out. So many people I chose to step aside and quietly inspect the gun. I'll take pics at a later date.

Hiding in the corner, I was able to look at the gun a brief minute. It's the more recent Ultra Light weight version. I doubt it broke the 7 lb mark.

Beautiful light walnut wood with plenty of dark brown grain. Looked more like English Walnut.

I'll post some pictures when I can find counter space to take proper pictures.

It's the same case as the 7x57 Mauser. The specs on the throat are a little different on the drawings. The 7x57 was throated for the long 175 grn RN Bullets and the 275 Rigby was throated for 140 grn Spitzer Bullets.

Not sure if modern manufacturers honor that or just mark the guns differently.

before, it’s the same model marked 7x57 and is factory case hardened. It’s a great shooter! Best of luck with it!!
