Semi-autos are mass produced at very favored cost. Revolvers begin at the little Heritage SA guns that do work then jump a good bit to the Ruger Wrangler, Taurus line, then S&W. With the advent of the Wrangler I'd not even consider anything else at that price point. They really need to issue a WMR version with more chambers.

I have several rimfire revolvers but it seems I tend to carry a little M63 S&W Kit gun stainless. At some times of the year it is illegal to carry a centerfire handgun in the woods. The state Game & Fish laws have blurred with the invent of the CCL in Arkansas for self protection.
