I have tried to stay busy while practicing social distancing,(not that hard as I avoid most people anyway). Got to hunt the entire turkey season for the first time in several years, but to no avail.

Purchased a small metal frame table from Harbor Freight and built a dedicated casting table. I usually just grab a card table and place a piece of plywood on top. This puts my furnace at the perfect height to see the pour nozzle, a place for my PID controller and two wooden shelves to hold my accessories.

I've cast a little over 12,000 bullets in 308, 9mm, 10mm, and 45. About half have been powder coated and sized and the rest are in bulk storage. Also picked up 325 lbs. of wheel weights that will be melted down and poured into ingots at a later date.

Loaded up several thousand rounds of ammo including 223, 9mm subs and 40 S&W subs. Trigger time has been slim as our Governor Buttshears closed our range.

I did pick up a new carry piece. I wanted something smaller than my Glock 19 with more firepower than my Kel-tec 380. I got the Taurus G2S. Put a litter over 300 +P rounds through it this week to ensure proper functioning before I start to carry. Didn't have a single malfunction, FTF, or extraction issue.

Fits great in a Safariland holster designed for the Glock 43.
