Sack Peterson. I was tracking the mail and suddenly June 5th it stopped. No more data. Looking closer it was at the USPS hub in St. Paul, Minnesota! Kiss my ass, I just bet rioters burned or looted the PO. That would be just my luck, SOB's,

Shoulda used Fed Ex

to a friend of a friend when they can really use it. It comes back around. After my blowing it will arrive tomorrow and I'll once again be a smuck. Sorry USPS.

If not, I'm mailing about 20 lbs. of cannonballs flat rate to MT. Heh...heh...

Grips, inserts, blackhawk, redhawk???

GP100 if he has the material and time. He was pretty fair on them too. They really spice up the factory grip which I never had issue with. Other than the plain looks.

no problem. Get them to me and let me know what

you want the inserts made of.

I'll do that, I'm a sucker for that stag.

I bought some years ago from Elk stag and they look OK but lack a certain character. They are very white with stark contrast lighter brown bark. The now banned Sambar was more creamy and took age very well. The European stag and Mongolian sure looks good if it's still available.

Is Ellen's still bringing stuff into the country. I thought it fell off pretty sharply.

You got the GP snub?

I worked here the summer before (1984) but that didn't count. It is the TALO (Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma) special edition SP101 2.5" .357. It is actually a "flat top" with dovetailed Nowland type semi-auto pistol sights on it. The front is a gold bead. I can half-way see them too!

I'll get some pics posted soon.

Good for you!

so I figure he is good people. It's just my bad luck that in the middle of a mail package shipment that a full bore riot breaks out. The USPS is not saying a WORD or updating anything. Totally useless to try and make an inquiry. I still have about $500 worth of damaged business goods that they can't tell me anything about. So much for tracking numbers. I did make a couple online reports. Still no reply.

I'll bite my nails and wait. I'm no friend of the Postal Service, I can't wait for it to be totally privatized. Get stamps back down to a quarter. Two three companies competing for our business. That's the way it should be.

I have had the worse experiences of all with Fed-ex in our area. I think it is a hub thing there. It's in Conway, about 60 miles away.

USPS is just the best! I stop using them

When I have a choice. The last thing that I tracked was a small car part from a shop in Texas. Tracking looked like everything thing was on time for delivery until it wasn’t! 4 days later tracking showed it out for delivery. Two days later it showed up. I don’t think they even track it. They just auto update it like it’s on time, then tell you it’s delivered the day after you get it.
