Putting thisng up this morning after church

I paused to take note. I like plenty of light on the sides of my front sight. The Europeans get it. This happens to be a Walther P99, my Beretta M92A1 also has plenty of daylight on the sides of the front sight blade, it's taller too, the notch.

One might think this negates precision but not to me. I find it speeds up acquisition when that is a needed attribute.

One gun I have, a Herters Powermag, had basically no light on the blade sides when aligned (shoots the Euro theory - it's German). I found it terribly unnerving and swapped out the rear blade assemble with one from a Ruger. It works perfectly at my arms length. Maybe that was it, German's have loooong arms?! lol

I mentioned dyslexia...
