just as good in my opinion. Take a look at the Romeo 5, the HoloSun is good, as is the Trijicon MRO (expensive), or the Burris Fast Fire 3 or 4. Also Bushnell has a new red dot sight out that is getting good reviews. Not sure of the name of it but it is said to be good.
and stay away from reloads. The chambers are

really tight and don't handle cheap reloads well. Stay with the good brass cased ammo.
