Reeder Custom Guns - smith wesson model 57-6

I got this new Smith Wesson model 57-6 4 inch bbl from gun shop that been is busy a long time.

If the fired case bag that comes with it is dated 2009, I should be safe to say it was made in 2009?

Dating S&W can be a challenge. There is a good specialized forum you have to join to garner info. Good stuff though if you need it. Also some good publications if you can find them.
