Went to a gun shop yesterday

and was standing at the handgun counter and I noticed that mostly all of the striker fire pistols were sold out. I saw a few hammer fire carry guns and shelves basically full of 1911, and match or target full size guns. The same with revolver and single action. All the fancy semiauto short rifle type handguns were gone. I overheard the sales person say only one box of ammo with each sale.
