(I still don't really know how he can buy guns here but the background checks go through fine - he's Chinese). He has this M57 Tok in 7.62x25 that I got dibs on for $200 out the door. I love those bad ass, high stepping, flat autos. Surprising passing commonality to the 1911. They all shoot good. The 90 gr. pill runs between 1500-1600 fps.

I slipped out and found some brass where the boys were shooting today. It looks like it may have a lazy firing pin spring. The tell of a smeared firing pin indentation, the tail. A cheap fix.

Havent tried one if those yet, but I sure liked my CZ52

The round was hot and accurate, but hated the grip. Just never felt comfortable.

I had one of those too. I found it very interesting.

The roller-locking system. Made it very strong for it's size. The Tok has an upper barrel system alot like the 1911, barrel lugs and swing link. The striker or firing system is more unitized buy still just a SA hammer fire system. The grip angle is notably closer to a 90 deg. angle than a 1911. This makes it hit a bit low snap shooting. The sights are high and in the way some but they are useful.

It is basically a semi-auto .327 Federal, very powerful, and mostly ignored in the handgun world.
