On the range this morning I ran about 70 rounds through the Kahr CW 45. It will not chamber the cast bullets I have tried so far. The chamber throat is short/and/or tight. It chambers all jacketed bullets I've tried. It feeds without a problem (so far) JHP's of various brands.

This was with Cor-Bon 230 gr. JHP

Think I could live with that...

Trigger feels unique but is workable

They have amazing mechanical accuracy potential with no bushing or swinging link, or barrel to frame lugs. Modern autos get a lot done with lots less than older designs.

Have you tried any 185/200 gr. SWC? That might be the ticket.

Only ones I have tried are the Lee 225 gr. RN

and a nice trunicated cone flat point that John Killebrew sent me.

The bullets are contacting just ahead of the brass on a small portion of the bullet 1/16" or less.

The flat point bullets look like they would work if I sized them to .450"

Factory are certainly .451”, sometimes 0.001” is it.

If you have a buddy with a throating tool to borrow it would take 5 min. To fix it to feed anything you’d care too! I have my Glock in .460 feeding 300 gr. WFP just ducky. Now that’s something! Not that I actually shoot many.

I'm happy with hardball. It'll do everything i need.

Hardball was designed to deal with agressive opponents ...

They still work in spite of what the popular press may say.
