I use a Dremel Drill Press. It's the fastest way I've found to trim cases with a factory smooth cut.

Set the cutting blade above the base plate just a tad higher/longer than you want the case. Sit the case on the plate and rotate 360° with two fingers.

I use this for 300 GNR, 500X1.4", 458 D-MAX, etc.

Not the best pictures, but everyone will get the idea. Just trim to final length, chamfer and load.

I have one so I know what you are doing. You can cut a car in half with a box of those! Just watch your fingers.

Anyone ever notice how a Dremel spins the wrong way?!

It throws crap right in your eyes and face. What evil conjured up that notion? I'd like to slap the engineer who did that. Maybe he was just left handed.

Amen on watching the fingers. I'm right handed, but...

Use left hand as much as right hand. This process is all done left handed.

I do wear safety glasses when trimming cases. But, working on the left side sends cuttings behind the blade. That's why you see the arbor canted to the left edge of the base plate.

Very easy to make 100 cases in an hour in the relaxed mode.
