A small word about Millett rings...

out of production. They are available online at great closeout prices. They never made any DDT rings (sole exception was rare handgun scope mounting kits). You have to buy two sets of pinch type and make one DDT. They also made sort of a Weaver type double side pinch ring bottom too.

The tops are all interchangeable so you can swap them around. I got deals on some swanky engraved ones too. Typically I pay $5-8 a set, buying bulk, that were originally $30-35 retail. SO that gives me custom DDT sets for $10-16. That's half of about anywhere else.

You got to think outside the box.

This was made from two sets of bottoms and the custom SOS tops, on a Leupold DDT base.

After figuring out how to make this work I was ready to pull a rabbit out of my butt. A BRNO integral base receiver to Millett rings. I'm likely the only white man that has ever had one. This is the "fixed" type windage only adj. SOS tops.

I had some really dark times in my life (to me), multiple lawsuits, several deaths, cancer, all types stress. (hey everyone has problems) Money to blow had to be cleverly manipulated, calculated. I stimulated my mind and made diversions in a positive direction tinkering with things like this. It really has been a life saver, and not unprofitable.
