We have to have these at my job. They are used in my business to treat hypothermia.

But, fit in your pocket like a wallet and makes a handy way to keep warm.

Huey, is there a brand and size you would suggest. Thanks

Joining seams with Gorilla tape you can make a heck of a water and windproof tent. It's super cheap too.

Believe it or not you can make a survival shelter with that and a piece of clear plastic sheeting.

You make a lean to and put the mylar up inside of it. Then drape the plastic over the front. Make a log fire in front of the lean to and the radiant heat will practically roast you.

Don't laugh but it is an idea that can come in handy for bitter cold.

I keep a few of those in every vehicle.

You go off the road and get stuck out here in the winter. It could from bad to worse in minutes.
