Reeder Custom Guns - In Regards To The Post Below 9 vs 40

If you were in an enclosed space and a bad guys were coming in to get you, one at a time every few seconds, what would you want, a .45 or a 9mm? Capacity is the same for each gun. I'll take my 1911.

It packs 14 (13+1) .45 ACP rounds in the standard magazine that is not a very large grip. The accuracy is stellar if you can hold it and manage the trigger. Reliability too. My G30s, 10-shot mags, is another wonder gun, same size as a G19.

I have a HK USP .45 Tactical too (only 12 rnd. mags - I think Glock added one more just for spite) but I think it's not as good a gun as the G21. Just me. I could sell it and buy (3) used G21's.

Taurus made a fantastic 1911 .45 and I figure they will make a larger .45 one day. The little .45 pocket auto they produced was a good seller too.

The G21 is a fine fighting gun, no flies at all.

My go to in the pocket 45 is a Taurus PT145
