Back about 10 or more years ago the Agriculture department was sued by some organizations that claimed black farmers were not given the opportunity to get farm aid as others did, which was as it turned out, true for a group of poor farmers. So the government allowed the farmers to geta settlement for their damage. It turns out that a majority of Atlanta residents who never went near a farm got settlement money, a million or so, and people in other large cities as well as the true recipients who should have gotten the relief. The expected group that should have gotten money was a hundred thousand or less.
I am amazed at this desire for the race hustle, maybe not so much ever since I watched the Rev Jackson and his shakedown of the Beer distributors and Sharpton and his shakedowns. And now it has gone further, give money because you are white. Enough. My family was not here then for the slavery, and you were not around then either. But if you are so over wrought about the Confederacy fighting for slavery, and the Union fighting to stop it, don't you think you owe the dead Union soldiers families for the lives they gave to set you free? Are you going to tell me about my families" privilege we had coming here? Talk to the members of my family that are living with numbers tattooed on their arms, came here, and returned to Europe as part of the Army. Or the children that told their mothers they couldn't breath when they went into the gas chambers. Please tell me why it is that I know of many recent black immigrants from Africa who have come here and used the awful system here and become successful doctors and professionals. Tell me, what have you been doing for the last 50 years?
